Patrick did a wonderful job selling my mom's older home! He was great to work with--personable, very thorough in his explanations, and energetic in pulling all the details together to get the house actively on the market. Although I originally thought the asking price he listed was a little optimistic, we got every penny of it--I was amazed! I would recommend Patrick Dixon to anyone looking to buy/sell a home!

This was my first time purchasing a home!!! I hadn't the slightest idea on what I was doing or even what the whole house buying process looked like!!!!! I met Tim while I was just out looking at open houses and little did he know I would soon inconsistently start contacting him over the next year asking him to look at homes, even though I wasn't sure what I was looking for! Let alone cost, neighborhood, size etc. ,more over I hadn't even been approved from the bank for a loan yet!!! But the thing with Tim is this, he was PATIENT!!!! He was available WHENEVER I wanted to look at a home. Most importantly he TRULY CARED about making sure I found a home that was going to be a great starter home for my daughter and I. He checked all the things I didn't know to check!!!! I would HIGHLY recommend Tim to anyone I know in the market and I'm so very greatful for all of his help and patience throughout my home buying experience!!!!!

Patrick helped us in both buying and selling a home. He was very quick and on top of his game. He was honest and didn't beat around the Bush. He was definitely a go-getter. He always had our best interest in mind. I would definitely recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home.

Niki was very alert and seemed to always be one step ahead. You could tell she was trying her hardest to get me the best deal possible and even went the extra step and helped me after the house was purchased with any questions I had.

We are giving 5 Stars simply because 10 wasn't available. Erica is absolutely phenomenal. My wife and I were extremely picky and Erica encouraged us not to settle for anything less than the perfect house. She was ALWAYS quick to respond when we had questions or concerns. When it came time to sell our house she made the process quick and painless. Erica didn't just deliver she over delivered as she consistently went above and beyond. We love our new home and hope that there isn't another move in our future. However, if there is the first and only call we will make will be to Erica.
