My wife and I were extremely picky and Erica encouraged us not to settle for anything less than the perfect house. She was ALWAYS quick to respond when we had questions or concerns. When it came time to sell our house she made the process quick and painless. Erica didn't just deliver she over delivered as she consistently went above and beyond. We love our new home and hope that there isn't another move in our future. However, if there is the first and only call we will make will be to Erica.

ZillowVERIFIED Erica sold our home in less than a week. After unsuccessfully selling our home with another realtor, Erica came in and made some changes and we had a contract in the first week.
