Josh is an excellent realtor. Listens to what you want and always available to go look at houses. We had a rough time looking for homes that were not over priced and Josh helped us negotiate a house for a price we felt was fair. We were very happy!

Amber was an invaluable part of my family's relocation. We met several local agents as part of the year long process and Amber stood out by offering solid advice the first time we met her. When it came time to get serious about buying a house, she was on top of everything. After viewing a couple homes with her she had a great sense of exactly what we were looking for. That was a huge help, as we were moving from 500 mi away and could not afford to miss work every time a new house came on the market in our price range. She never once tried to push us towards any particular home. She would make observations while touring a home, both positive and negative, but did not try to rush our decision. If we had questions that she could not answer, she had a great network of people to reach out to. When it was time to make an offer, she gave excellent advice during negotiations. I would not hesitate to recommend Amber to anybody who is buying a home. Especially somebody who may be relocating from out of state. Her local knowledge was extremely helpful through every step of the process.

Josh is a great realtor. Even though he was busy working with other clients, he made sure to make us feel like we were a priority. He had his work cut out for him and we went to so many homes to find the right one. He helped us negotiate, and also made us feel he is a peer/friend. He is very easy going, and also has contracting builder skills himself, so he knows what things to point out as he sees them. He is honest and knows the market.

Did a great job with helping us buy our first house, an amazing person with a good personality. We searched with Josh for a while, and finally found a house that suited us the best. He was understanding and willing to go look at properties around our schedule.

Josh makes everything as easy as he can. I have been needing to look at homes for a while to find the right first house and he has been patient and optimistic the whole time.
