In the time between the sale agreement and the closing, I was kept informed at every step along the way, and received regular text timeline reminders. They sought out quotes when I needed to pay for radon mitigation, and also assisted me in finding an attorney. Seth in particular went above and beyond to help get the sale closed before the end of the year. Every person associated with the Couillard Group was pleasant, helpful, and answered all questions in a timely and thorough manner. If you are looking for a realtor, this is a top notch group.

Had the contractors, lawyers, and expertise to overcome all obstacles. Beyond reasonably priced. Everyone balks at the 6% agents get. And I would not typically disagree. But, it was clear from step 1 with Seth and his entire team, I was getting what I was paying for. Can't thank you all enough! You're team knocked it out of the yard and then some.

ZillowVERIFIED Seth and his team were phenomenal. I'm a younger individual and was in transition when I was connected with Seth. I was in the process of both repairing water damage in my home while also moving several hours away for a new job. Seth stayed in touch while my insurance company began the repair of my home. He and his team helped select the replacement flooring and other items that would help the home sell. It was a long process and my home wasn't exactly a big ticket sale, but they stuck with me. When living such a far ways away from the home during the sale, there are bound to be hiccups. The small few that came up during the sale were quickly addressed by Seth or Lindsay. If I attempted to sell the home myself, I would have drowned under the stress and work that would have been involved. Outside of Seth, Lindsay was my primary point of contact. She was wonderful and responsive. I could not have asked for a better team to help me with the sale of my first home.
