Costello Real Estate Investment

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Britt during our home buying process. He was knowledgeable and always gave his professional opinion which was greatly appreciated. He helped us navigate finding the area of Charlotte we most likely wanted to be in and was there for every step of the way. I was always able to get in touch with him when I had a question or wanted to take a spontaneous house tour! We highly recommend him and hope to use him in the future if we ever decide to move again!

As first time homebuyers, we were very nervous about finding a real estate agent that was a good fit and guide for a new and incredibly important process. From the very first conversation with John, it was clear that he was incredibly (an understatement) knowledgeable and passionate. He is clearly an expert in this field and working with him was truly a blessing. We always trusted that we were in good hands, that he truly cared about our interests in this process. He is so kind, caring, dedicated, and hard working. It also helps on long days looking at houses that he is funny and great company. I appreciate John more than I can say and would recommend him until I'm blue in the face. Ill never want to work with anyone else in real estate.

Working with Britt was an amazing experience. He was very patient with me and really listened to my must-haves. He assisted with questions on the entire home buying process.

Mwenda was absolutely amazing to work with. He was so kind and patient with us as we toured the city looking for our next house. Never made us feel like we were a bother when we wanted to go see yet another house. His expertise is exactly why you use a real estate agent. Mwenda would look at things like the water heater, roof, ac units, and the crawl space and tell us if it was up to snuff. I have no idea if the water heater is nearing its life cycle and would be an upcoming major expense. He did and it was just amazing to have that knowledge at our disposal while making a such a large financial decision. 10 out of 10, absolutely recommend working with Mwenda!!
