It was an absolute pleasure to work with Britt during our home buying process. He was knowledgeable and always gave his professional opinion which was greatly appreciated. Mwenda was absolutely amazing to work with. He was so kind and patient with us as we toured the city looking for our next house. Never made us feel like we were a bother when we wanted to go see yet another house. His expertise is exactly why you use a real estate agent. Mwenda would look at things like the water heater, roof, ac units, and the crawl space and tell us if it was up to snuff. I have no idea if the water heater is nearing its life cycle and would be an upcoming major expense. He did and it was just amazing to have that knowledge at our disposal while making a such a large financial decision. 10 out of 10, absolutely recommend working with Mwenda!!

Mwenda did a fantastic job from start to finish. As a first time homebuyer, the whole process can be overwhelming, but Mwenda was able to walk us through every step and give us the best information we needed to make decisions. He also has extensive knowledge of the loan and approval aspect. Communication was top trier as well. If you need to buy or sell, hes your guy!
