Cool Digs

Gabino came highly recommended to us by a family friend and we are so grateful and fortunate that we got to work with him! I live out of the area now and he helped my elderly parents in the Coachella Valley to purchase a new home. However, my parents wanted me involved and Gabino ensured I was informed and part of the process every step of the way. My parents also had what felt like the most impossible requirements for the valley, a home that was affordable with their fixed income and a home that had no HOA. It sounds easy, but it is nearly impossible in the Coachella Valley because there are endless gated communities with extremely high HOAs. He went above and beyond and showed them homes that fit their criteria and also encouraged them to think of homes that werent quite what they were looking for, but widened their perspective. He was patient with my parents, was very proactive, and notified us of any homes that were new on the market or had price drops that would be feasible for their price range. He ended up finding them the perfect home that just had a price drop and fit right in their budget, with no HOA, and turnkey ready. He was extremely communicative and negotiated as much as he could to ensure my parents got a great deal. Even after we closed escrow, a few issues came up and Gabino was so quick to respond and helped remedy the issue quickly. But most importantly, Gabino treated my parents as family and I think its safe to say he has easily became part of ours! Thanks Gabino for making the process as seamless as possible and for helping my parents find their dream home! We highly recommend him if you want a trusted, knowledgeable, honest, and local realtor!

Gabinos local knowledge and connections found multiple buyers with significant offers within a month of listing the property.
