He was there to listen to us regarding our plans and interests at the beginning of the year, when we still had a bit to go to even be able to make our move. We hit our trigger point in June and he was always there to listen to our frustrations and do what he could on his part to help/calm us down. He was there for us once we finally made an offer on our home/when we reached out to other lenders and was extremely vigilant in ensuring that everyone involved in the process was in the same boat he was in protecting us from falling into the wrong hands.
