Outstanding Job! Home was under contract in only 4 days! Everything was explained to me clearly, and straight forward. Also was a very big help with negotiation with the future buyers. Just used her to purchase another home and will definitely use Kristina again.

My experience in working with Kristina can be summed up by some of Tina Turners lyrics: She is simply the best, better than all the rest !! Kristina is very professional and is extremely responsive plus knows the area and what the properties are worth. It is no wonder that she is one of the TOP agents in the region. I cannot speak highly enough of her efforts and results. If I was looking to sell (or buy) another property in the East Tennessee area, there is NO doubt that I would again use her as my agent.

Kristina is an amazing agent! She was very involved in the process from start to finish. She is very prompt when responding to any questions you ask and also offers great input and advice when showing properties. The only unfortunate thing is that I couldn?t give more than 5 stars!

CC did a great job with selling our home. I appreciated her timely, flexible communication. She provided very solid, straightforward advice and was openminded when we wanted to tweak our property description and give our original asking price a little more time after bad weather slowed our views. Our experience was that she is extremely professional and knowledgeable without coming across as patronizing or a know-it-all which we had experienced with previous agents. I would definitely list with CC again (but I hope I wont be moving again anytime soon)!
