ZillowCC Milhorn has helped our family with the buying and selling of homes over the last twelve years, and we have always been impressed with her skills and dedication. The difference with our recent purchase was that the housing market has become very competitive, and we had a rigid deadline to find a great property. She educated us about the current market and quickly found properties for us to consider. She worked after business hours and even kept in touch during her vacation until we finally found and closed on the perfect property for us. CC has a great assistant Ebony Johnson who is efficient and helpful and always available for questions. I would highly recommend the Baxter-Milhorn group. ZillowI cant say enough great things about The Baxter-Milhorn Group. CC was my realtor. Even though she normally doesnt do showings anymore. As soon as I contacted her she was available to me. First of all she helped me to find my home in 1 day. The market is fast moving and most of the houses I planned to look at were already under contract. She only showed me homes in my price range and with my specifications. Second of all, she assisted me every step of the way and made the entire process stress free. I needed to close as soon as possible due to my closing date on my previous home. We closed in 21 days. She referred me to a mortgage broker who was equally as efficient as She was. Even though we were dealing with holiday and week end hold ups, she managed to get my home inspection 4 days after my offer was accepted and home inspection soon after. Most people are on a waiting list due to the volume of home sales. Finally she even reminded me on changing my utilities. She was extremely prompt in answering my questions. At closing I was presented with a beautiful key chain with the key to my new home and a beautiful doormat with my address monogrammed on it. I would highly recommend The Baxter-MILHORN Group! They are the best.

ZillowOur Journey with CC Milhorn began in the winter of 2011. She assisted my wife and I in securing a condo for our son. Since we live in Loudon Co, CC was more than willing to make herself available to meet our schedule. Soon we found the right condo and the purchase process began. As questions arose, CC was right there to give us advice, help us find the correct services to assist, and walk us through all the details right through the purchase and closing. VERY professional! Well, time flew by and our son graduated from Med School and was moving away from Johnson City. That left my wife and I needing to sell the condo. Without hesitation, we both said we must use CC again! My wife contacted CC and what seemed like light speed, our condo sold! Again CC stepped up to do so many things for us to assist in the selling of our condo. She went way above the call of duty. This was again appreciated as she knew that we were limited in our time to be in Johnson City as we still reside in Loudon Co. Our experience with CC has been professional and enjoyable. My wife and I feel that we not only have a realtor in Johnson City, we also have a friend! Thank you CC! ZillowThis is actually the 2nd time we have used CC Milhorn as a realtor. The first time we were purchasing the house at the location listed below and she was so pleasant to work with that when we decided to list the home a little over 4 years later, CC was the only realtor we wanted to deal with. She listed our home and worked with us and other realtors to get us as many showings as possible. We eventually sold our home and was very pleased with the sale. The assistant at the realtor was also very helpful and would call us often to keep us informed and to see if she could assist us in any way. If we need another realtor CC Milhorn would be the person I contact.

ZillowMy sister and I had my mothers condo listed with another agent, and when we werent happy with the service we were receiving and the condo hadnt sold in 6 months, we called CC. She was very friendly and professional and she and her staff were always available to answer our questions and were really good about keeping us updated on the activity involving the condo. Most importantly, the condo was sold and closed on within 3 months. We were very pleased with CC and her group!
ZillowI thought when I listed my property with CC and Andy that they would market it in ways other than Zillow, Realtor, etc. To me just listing a property on those sites is not Marketing! WE discussed this and they indicated they had a Marketing Expert from ETSU as part of their team and she would work with me to market the property. Mine is a unique property which will take a unique marketing plan to unique individuals of high worth. Or a group or family interested in purchasing mountain property in NE Tennessee. They had me speak with their marketing expert, but so far I do not see any marketing she has done for my property. Hopefully during the summer something will happen!

ZillowCC is a true professional with a compassionate heart.The sale process was emotional and exhaustive as she had to deal with a difficult tenant who would not allow her inside to show the property along with having to deal with the pressure from out of town owners to sell the property. Many other realtors would have walked away..Lucky for us, CC stayed with our listing and walked over the finish line. Once the offer came in, she handled all aspects from the sale negotiations to the last detail of the closing honestly, professionally and with a keen eye to detail. ZillowCC is the best. Being a first-time home buyer, I really needed someone to walk me through the home shopping experience. After looking at one unit in a condo development, CC also arranged for me to look at another unit that was a for sale by owner. This was great as the first unit I had looked at went under contract before I could make an offer. We ended up negotiating with the owners on the second unit and got a contract. However, I ran into a problem with my lender being unable to finance on these properties. CC made numerous calls to other lenders trying to find another lender who would finance at the 3% down that I had available. Unfortunately, no one else would finance the amount I needed. I did end up with another lender after coming up with additional funds. Then, the home appraisal came back at $10,000 less than my offer. CC spent a lot of time getting information to and from the sellers, but they eventually backed out of the contract. CC continued to send me information on other properties. I ended up with approval on an FHA loan and CC was helpful in navigating that. We found another property and CC was very responsive in getting information to my lender and my insurance company. CC was always available - through phone calls, texts, and e-mails. I was so happy with her that I recommended her to a friend/co-worker, who now has a contract on her own home.

We had a few obstacles buying our home, but throughout the whole process, CC was able to reason with the sellers and their realtor resulting in a successful negotiation. Due to the property layout, we needed detailed information from the city regarding building/zoning codes, subdivision restrictions, and even an adjoining lot owner. CC made those things easy. She did the research (including consultation with a lawyer for advise) and coordinated meetings for us when necessary. One of the best things about CC is that she is ALWAYS available/accessible via phone, email, or text. Its important to note that we met her through zillow, but now consider her a friend. As a first-time homebuyer, my wife and I knew very little about the process to purchase a home as well as what exactly would be required by the bank for a loan. CC was there to help every step of the way, from helping set up inspections to dealing with the loan officers at the bank directly if a problem occured. Anytime a potential issue came up, she was quick to get it resolved in our best interest. CC was available any time of the day or night, via text message, email, or phone. ZillowCC Milhorn worked tirelessly to market and sell the property at 320 Boone Lake Circle, Bluff City, TN 37618. We were living in California during the time CC sought and separated out buyers. We were under too much pressure, which did not frustrate CC. Time differences (3 hours earlier in California) did not impede the interaction. We spoke by phone numerous times. CC was understanding, a patient listener, business-like in every way, direct in assessing our options, especially market conditions in Eastern Tennessee. When the negotiating ended, the paper work, i.e., emails, faxes, phone contacts were timely and pointed, as the situation demanded immediate and precise action. We recommend CC highly. She will be first choice when we sell again.
