Cone Realty Group brokered by LPT Realty LLC

Hal & Judy kept us moving along nicely under a tight timeline to move into a place. They helped my mother while she was out on the road locate a place all while playing middle man. Top notch! Used Hal to sell and buy now 6 yrs apart and hes been great both times

My family had a wonderful experience with Kris and Hal. We really appreciated Hals honesty and practical approach throughout the process, and Kriss kindness and understanding of my needs as a mother made everything feel much easier and more comfortable.

The Cone Realty Group is top-notch. Everyone is very responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend their team to anyone looking for a new home.

In the fall of 2020, my wife and I made the official decision to relocate our family from Texas to the Roanoke Valley. We researched several realtors to assist us with our long distance home search, and decided on Cone Realty Group after watching several of their videos on YouTube to become better educated on the area. Hal and Kris went above and beyond for us during the entire 2+ month process. They did virtual tours of several homes for us, accommodated my schedule when I came to look at homes in person, and looked out for our best interests when it came to inspections and repairs. They did all of this with a positive attitude, kindness and integrity every step of the way. If you are looking for a team that will truly have your back and help make your home buying or selling process smooth from start to finish (near or far) then I highly recommend the Cone Realty Group!

My husband and I were living in NY and decided we wanted to relocate to Roanoke. We initially reached out to another realtor, but he was less than enthusiastic. I then reached out to Hal and from the moment we spoke, I knew he was the realtor for us. We would come down to Roanoke for a weekend at a time and Hal would line up as many houses as we could see; sometimes, we didnt finish up until after 8:00 pm. Hal was super honest, helpful and tenacious. We ended up selling the house we bought in Roanoke to relocate to Georgia. There was no other realtor we would have considered listing our house with. Kris and Hal were fantastic throughout the often-stressful process. You wont find a more honest and professional realty group out there. They truly go the extra mile.
