I doubt many people have bought a home site unseen when moving cross country. This is exactly what we did. I was pregnant with our second child and also tending to an 18 month old. It was impossible for me to fly from CA to MA. Through phone calls, emails and the internet, Rosemary made this purchase a breeze. We even negotiated the finishing of our basement inclusive of plans from afar. When we loved in two months later everything was smooth, the basement was finished and the transition was easy. Rosemary is a class act who really knows the business but lire than that, she is trustworthy and hard working, qualities which shined in our home buying experience. There is no one in the area who understand and knows real estate better than she does. She deserves way more stars than this review allows.
