Beth was our voice of reason, acting as our therapist, and also the perfect agent to show us each home before finding the perfect one. We could not be happier with the way she guided us through the process of buying and selling our homes. I imagined we were her only client at the time, as it felt like she was working full time for us in the months leading up to our closing and even beyond. Working with Beth who knows the surrounding areas so well was a relief, and she definitely worked overtime to understand exactly what we were looking for (and then let us know what that was!). She was the sweetest and most patient with me and my wife while we toured the area, and she made us feel like she had everything under control during what was an emotional rollercoaster for us. After living in our house for 13 years, we decided to sell our house and move to a bigger one. When it came to picking agents, we had a decision to make. My wife and I always saw great reviews about Susan in our town throughout the years and decided to work with her based on these excellent reviews and recommendations. Even though everything about her sounded great, we were still worried she wouldnt take us as customers as it was a busy time and our house was on a busy road and difficult to sell. So, we called her thinking she wouldnt be interested. But to our surprise, she was very kind and she agreed to come to our house and meet us. We were amazed by Susan in our first ever meeting when she came to our home. She was extremely knowledgeable about the market and she was the sweetest person you could have as a realtor. She told us what to expect when selling and educated us about the selling process. As first-time sellers, we loved what we heard from Susan and agreed to go with her. This probably was the best decision my wife and I made in at least past 5 years. Our amazement with Susan and her real estate team continued throughout the process. They helped us prepare the house for showings, came up with great marketing materials and continued being flexible with our needs. From the first day on, everything went perfectly. The day house went on the market we received requests for 36 showings even before the first open house. As a result, we received multiple offers after only 2 days and picked the offer that made the most sense for our family. Susan never tried to sway us in our decision. She was informative but neutral. She patiently waited us while we were deciding and she was supportive whenever we had a question about the details of the offers. In the end, we signed the contract with the buyers we chose. Susan and her team continued their support throughout the closing process. Since this was the first time we were selling a house, we didnt know much about what to expect during closing. Susan continued to be on our side until the day of the closing. And after the closing, she surprised us with a great gift that we will keep with our family forever. We loved working with Susan and her team very much. We felt respected, we felt supported and we felt like we were being treated like we were celebrities. All this support from Susan for a family who owned one of the cheapest houses on a busy road. If we were selling one of those multi-million-dollar homes, maybe we could justify Susans great attention and support. But nope, Susan doesnt differentiate between her customers. This is the Susan we worked with and the Susan we loved. This was a long review. I hope we didnt bore you with details. Go with Susan and her team. You will not be disappointed.
