Compass Real Estate

It was a wonderful experience having Jani be my agent when buying in Seattle! This is the second home shes helped me buy, in addition to a home she helped sell.

Jani Spencer is an outstanding broker. She helped me negotiate the purchase of a new home, and listed my previous home for sale. She is experienced and highly competent. She makes sure the sale and purchase processes occur accurately and in a timely manner. Her knowledge of the market, and numerous subcontractor connections, assured that I saved money and time on my new home purchase. In addition her advice on renovations, repairs, popular paint combinations and staging garnered several offers well over listed price. I would encourage anyone considering buying or selling to contact Jani. She is smart, friendly and a top notch professional

Jani was a fantastic resource in the purchase of our most recent home. She knew the local area very well, was able to leverage contacts in setting up inspections and post-purchase contractors and very helpful in the negotiation process. Would highly recommend.

Our experience of Janette is she stays aware of whats going on and is quick to act on things. Her guidance on what to improve and repair to make our fixer-upper more appealing within a reasonable budget, and what to leave for the buyer, was successful and we had many interested buyers right away. Also, her ability to call on craftsmen and services on short notice took a load off our management of repairs and other preparations.

Go with Jani if you're looking for a realtor!!! She is sharp, proactive, communicative, vastly experienced and super friendly. We were so impressed with her knowledge, fast acting timely manner of getting things done, and complete competence of all the ins and outs of both buying and selling a house. You will be very happy with Jani!
