Tanya was the best realtor I have ever dealt with! She goes above and beyond. Sold my house in less than a week! I would use her again as my realtor any day!

When I first met Tanya, she came to my home. She came off as a no it all. She told me she would have home sold in three weeks. The first three weeks of the listing she had only 2 people look at home. The last 2 weeks no one. I got a hold of Tanya to tell her to take the home off the market, and she proceeded in threatening to take me to court if I sold the home. I had told her I wasn't going to be selling it. She persisted on telling me she would take me to court if I sold the house. Told her I was not selling it and to stop contacting me. She was pushy rude and very confrontational. I would not recommend her to anyone.

Tanya sold our home in two days of the listing and OVER ASK. She saw the value in our home when others low balled the listing. She brings a ton of experience and resources to the table. Everything we needed to do to list, she had contacts to get it done quickly. One stop shopping, she took care of the details. I would used Tanya again and again.

Tanya helped me so much throughout the whole process and was amazing to talk to and be around very energetic and a real pleasure to work with. She sold my house in 5 days for over asking price which was a bonus. Im very pleased and would recommend Tanya over any and everyone.
