ZillowVERIFIED When I first met Tanya, she came to my home. She came off as a no it all. She told me she would have home sold in three weeks. The first three weeks of the listing she had only 2 people look at home. The last 2 weeks no one. I got a hold of Tanya to tell her to take the home off the market, and she proceeded in threatening to take me to court if I sold the home. I had told her I wasn't going to be selling it. She persisted on telling me she would take me to court if I sold the house. Told her I was not selling it and to stop contacting me. She was pushy rude and very confrontational. I would not recommend her to anyone.

Tanya helped sell 3 properties. One was flawless. The 2nd involved a subdivision and closure of the courthouse for covid 19, and Tanya suffered thru the forced delays with us. The 3rd involved dealing with poor communications with the buyers agent and a confused and perhaps inexperienced closing agent resulting in frequent delays and postponed closings. Tanya did her best to work thru these issues leading us to conclusion.

ZillowVERIFIED Recently we decided to sell our family cottage which had been in our family for over 80+ years. A quaint property located on a pristine lake but not without its challenges. We did not own the land so a traditional mortgage was unobtainable. We searched high and low to find a Realtor to assist us in this home sale.
