Alexa helped us find our new home in San Diego. Words aren't enough to describe how awesome Alexa is! There are many things we appreciated about her. The biggest and main thing is her amazing responsiveness on everything! She's always checking in and answers every single question so quickly. She even goes over and beyond when she can't be there physically - like scheduling and coordinating all of our home visits and even having her team members show us around if needed.We also love her honesty and her ability to help us navigate through this whole process. She's also patient and understands with our concerns and wants with empathy. We know she did a lot to work on our behalf while also working to ensure both sides were happy. Not always an easy line to walk but Alexa does it with tact and grace.And on top of this, she's energetic and a go-getter even while pregnant! We will start by saying that this is the second time we have worked with Alexa. After having a very positive experience the first time we decided to reach out to Alexa to buy our second property. She did not disappoint! We decided to buy a property in an extremely hot market without a lot of hope. If it was not for Alexa's expertise as a whole I am confident we would not have been able to buy a home. Some of the things that she did for us that stand out were the following:- Her COMMUNICATION throughout the process was outstanding. This includes communication between her and the listing agent which was pivotal. - SPEED is one of the most important skills to have in the current market. From the very beginning, Alexa was quick on her feet sending us properties, showing them to us, and putting offers quickly.- The NEGOTIATION process in this particular house was indispensable. The sellers had actually already accepted another offer, was it not for Alexa's advice to put a backup offer the deal would not have happened. Once in escrow and through inspections she was able to negotiate repairs and price reductions for us.- Our purchase was not the easiest one as it is a neglected home with a lot of issues. Alexa's KNOWLEDGE of the area, and its potential were key in determining if it was a good buy for us. Not only does she master real estate but her understanding of construction-related matters was key for us.We stand extremely thankful for Alexa and her team. We were lucky to have had them on our corner throughout. We cannot recommend her enough, it will be the best decision you make.
