After having a very positive experience the first time we decided to reach out to Alexa to buy our second property. She did not disappoint! We decided to buy a property in an extremely hot market without a lot of hope. If it was not for Alexa's expertise as a whole I am confident we would not have been able to buy a home. Some of the things that she did for us that stand out were the following:- Her COMMUNICATION throughout the process was outstanding. This includes communication between her and the listing agent which was pivotal. - SPEED is one of the most important skills to have in the current market. From the very beginning, Alexa was quick on her feet sending us properties, showing them to us, and putting offers quickly.- The NEGOTIATION process in this particular house was indispensable. The sellers had actually already accepted another offer, was it not for Alexa's advice to put a backup offer the deal would not have happened. Once in escrow and through inspections she was able to negotiate repairs and price reductions for us.- Our purchase was not the easiest one as it is a neglected home with a lot of issues. Alexa's KNOWLEDGE of the area, and its potential were key in determining if it was a good buy for us. Not only does she master real estate but her understanding of construction-related matters was key for us.We stand extremely thankful for Alexa and her team. We were lucky to have had them on our corner throughout. We cannot recommend her enough, it will be the best decision you make.

We are an expat family and not overly familiar with the intricacies of buying and selling in the USA.The first property was our downtown rental property which was sold to our tenants. What seemed like it would be a straight forward sale, and a win-win scenario for both sides, was anything but straight forward. It was messy and there were so many hurdles on the buyers side. Alexa continued to manage our expectations throughout, clarified our options in proceeding or not, ran numbers on alternative scenarios, while keeping our primary goal of selling to our tenants at the forefront. She looked out for us and managed a complicated sale with ease.The second sale was our home in North County SD. We had already left the country so Alexa and the team she assembled managed all updates, painting, carpeting, some repairs, staging, listing, and a curve ball with the house that I worried would hinder our chances of a quick sale, but didn't! We were happy for Alexa to discuss updates with her stylist/stager and chose paint and carpet etc so we really didn't have to do a thing. She also managed it across time zones and tech issues on our end. The buyers got a beautiful new updated home and we got a price we were VERY happy with within days of listing, from pre-qualified purchasers with little chance of not closing the sale. She did all this while preparing for her own wedding! Prior to selling either property we contacted several agents, including a very large SD agency with a huge marketing presence, and lower commission, but just didn't have a great feeling about any of them. Alexa, and The Schreiber team, may be a little higher than some in terms of commission, but I have no doubt any additional % was worth every penny, returning a higher sale price on both, sales that closed first time, and with close to no input from, or stress for us. That is priceless.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alexa, her Schreiber support team, and also the handyman and related contractors we went with.
