Working with Kevin to sell our condo in Rockville, Maryland, was an absolute 10/10 experience from start to finish. I just closed in mid-August, and the entire process was remarkably quick, easy, and smooth. Since I live out of state, selling a property remotely could have been extremely stressful. Kevin took complete ownershipaEUR"handling every single detail locally, coordinating all pre-sale repairs, and getting the property prepped and market-ready. Thanks to his proactive approach and deep local connections, the condo sold before it was even officially listed, securing a fantastic offer that well exceeded our expectations! Kevins responsiveness is truly top-tier. Even while away on a personal vacation, he was more responsive and attentive than most people are during normal office hours. He made us feel completely supported at every single turn. Whether you are local or out-of-town, buying or selling anywhere in the DMV (DC, Maryland, and Virginia), Kevin is hands-down the best agent you could ask for. Top-notch service in every way and I could not recommend him more highly!

From the first time I met Kevin, I felt that we clicked instantly. He is personable, genuine, and easy to work with. His knowledge, professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication made what could have been a stressful experience remarkably easy. I couldn't be happier with my experience working with him to sell my home. He did an incredible job from beginning to end. He sold my house quickly, kept me informed every step of the way, and was always available whenever I had a question or needed guidance. What made this experience even better was that Kevin didn't just become my realtor - he became a friend. If you're looking for a realtor who will work hard for you, communicate every step of the way, go the extra mile, and actually care for you as a person, I highly recommend Kevin Grolig and his team at Compass.

Kevin was amazing to work with. He was referred to me by a family friend. I sent a text and he responded right away and we spoke later that day. Kevin is straight to the point, no BS, explained everything along the way, and had a great list of referrals for all items that need to be addressed when getting your home ready to sell, on the market and then closing. He had a painter, a cleaner, flooring company, window latch guy, and even a mover that did all my packing, moving to storage and took my donations. I was traveling for work and this is during my busy time at work and Kevin made this extremely easy for me- he even met the plumber on a late Friday afternoon when I was out of town. If you are looking to sell your home, I cannot recommend Kevin enough. He thinks he getting rid of me, but nope. Now its time to sell my fathers home !

Kevin was amazing to work with! Answered every question honestly and professionally. Sold my house very quick! Went above and beyond. Would highly recommend!

Kevin sold our home of 30 years quickly. He explained the ins and outs of the the process every step of the way which was so helpful since the RE market has changed since we last bought and sold. The process itself was fairly "painless" which can be attributed to Kevin's skill. Kevin was very enthusiastic which was necessary when going through a major life transition like selling and buying a home!
