The market was volatile at the time, and he was very forthcoming about all of it. He was also extremely patient and encouraging, and his plan paid off. We took all of his advice to heart and spent months making sure the house was truly ready. Once we were prepared, he sold the house in less than a week, despite the fact that there were similar properties in the neighborhood that had been sitting for a couple of months. I highly recommend working with Kevin, and equally important: following his advice!

He came to our home after my initial reach out and spent a considerable amount of time understanding our home, walking through the process, making some key suggestions to get our house ready, suggestions about timing and "coming soon" options and he was considerate to listen to our thoughts. He is outstanding with getting the word out and social media and I don't think anyone does it quite like Kevin. He did such an outstanding job marketing the property we had people knocking at the door before it went live. We had immediate offers and ultimately he helped us to secure a wonderful buyer for our home. Throughout the process Kevin was available, reliable and a difference maker. When we did pre-home renovations he had outstanding recommendations-and we went with them all. When we had the inspection and had to make some repairs - again fantastic recommendations that helped us tremendously. We loved the Compass option to finance the improvements but we decided that cash was king for us - but it was a differential for us when we learned about the program. Kevin is going to work super hard for you, he is going to explain everything in detail and he is going to work for you and help you to secure the best deal. I also thought the open house he and the team ran was exceptional and he really made connections with potential buyers and followed up with all of them after the first deal fell apart. I can't say enough good things about Kevin and whether you are listing a home like we did, or you are in the market to buy - he is the right guy to go to in Montgomery County!
