We first met Alex by chance at an open house in Old Northeast. We didnt have a realtor at the time, and from that first conversation he stood out as incredibly personable, knowledgeable about the home, and transparent about the entire process. We were already pre-approved and through underwriting with another mortgage company, but Alex recommended that we also speak with a mortgage broker he works with regularly so we could compare our options. From there, he helped us navigate another showing, we fell in love with the house, and everything moved quickly. What impressed us most was how well Alex handled both sides of the transaction while still making sure our interests as the buyers were protected. He was always upfront about the sellers expectations and where they stood, but he also wasnt afraid to push back and negotiate hard on our behalf. The sellers were very reluctant to make concessions, and Alex was able to maneuver the deal to a price and structure where both sides could walk away feeling good about it. He even went above and beyond by contributing part of his own commission toward our closing costs when the sellers wouldnt budge further. That was something we never expected and showed how invested he was in getting the deal across the finish line in a way that worked for us. Alex was on top of everything from beginning to end. He helped coordinate and recommend inspectors, kept the transaction moving, and has continued to be a resource even after closing. Whether weve needed recommendations for contractors, remodeling, or other services around the house, his network in the area has been incredibly valuable. He also lives in Old Northeast himself, so his knowledge of the neighborhood and his connections throughout the area are unmatched. He even came by after closing with gifts, which was a great personal touch. This never felt like a one-time real estate transaction. It genuinely feels like we gained someone well have a relationship with for years to come.
