Jen Crouse helped me in 2018 to find the home of my dreams. She escorted me to hundreds of homes and remained upbeat and supportive during the many hours that she met with me. No matter if it was at the end of the day or all week-end long, Jen was there for me. I felt like I had a friend and not just an agent. She understood my allergies to cats, mold and all the other crazy things that came up during my search. Then after finding my wonderful new home, I reached out to Jen again in 2019 to assist me with selling my very old family homes in need of many repairs. Even through her pregnancy she remained happy and just as energetic. She made this traumatic and stressful experience so easy for me. She not only helped me find a buyer but attended the inspections and finally the closing. I didnt even have to be there. Joe and his team ARE THE BEST! My husband and I were referred to him by one of my oldest friends who is an agent in Rochester, NY. After calling around and speaking to a couple agents she called me saying " you guys have to go with Joe, you will love him." I spoke with him later that night, and being unsure of the entire house buying process I knew I wanted to have Joe's help as we looked for our first home. The first house we looked at you could tell he was incredibly knowledgeable of the entire industry and genuinely have our best interest at heart. Joe had an incredible team member Brendan Mckenzie who was just as amazing! Whenever Joe was unable to make a showing, because they would get us in ASAP to anything we wanted to see Brendan would drop all he was doing to meet us. They both are so kind and experts in their industry. Joe worked tireless to get us the best deal for our first home that we felt comfortable with. Throughout the entire sale process him and his team gave us updates constantly and would answer my questions no matter the time of day. We are now happily living in our first home and so very grateful to have gone through this process with Joe and his team as they made it as stress-less as possible.
