Richard Gonzalez and The Gonzalez Group have been great to work with. Richard helped me buy two properties in Santa Maria and has been a big help as I work on building my real estate portfolio. He's always been available, honest, and easy to work with. I'll definitely be calling him when I'm ready for the next one.

Total PRO! This team is made up of rock stars who will help you get a great deal whether you are buying or selling.

We met Richard Gonzalez in 2018 when looking for a property in Grover Beach. He happened to be the listing agent on a condo we wanted to see. Richard was there from start to finish when we bought and later sold our condo. We have bought and sold many homes over the years and Richard is by far the most knowledgeable and professional Top Notch Realtor we've worked with. We highly recommend working with Richard and his group if you're looking for a realtor.

Richard had sold a few homes in the area I was looking to sell in, I called him he met me right away he even sent a cleaning crew to do the cleaning! Richard sold the house in 4 days!! All paperwork was very easy and clear, nice person to work with pleasant and honest .

Richard helped us buy a rental house in Orcutt. We were looking at other listings and he was the seller's agent on a house that didn't match what we were looking for. He asked several questions to get a better understanding of what we wanted. He then showed us a house that we hadn't even seen on the MLS. It was like he was a master matchmaker. It was perfect for us. We got a great deal on a great house. Thanks Richard.
