Richard had sold a few homes in the area I was looking to sell in, I called him he met me right away he even sent a cleaning crew to do the cleaning! Richard sold the house in 4 days!! All paperwork was very easy and clear, nice person to work with pleasant and honest .

Richard helped us buy a rental house in Orcutt. We were looking at other listings and he was the seller's agent on a house that didn't match what we were looking for. He asked several questions to get a better understanding of what we wanted. He then showed us a house that we hadn't even seen on the MLS. It was like he was a master matchmaker.
