Quite possibly the worst realtor in the world. Did not help us at all. A very poor communicator. We were shocked - he would send us random documents to sign without telling us what they were and how they would affect us. Also neglected to tell us the gas was not yet hooked up so we moved into our home and we are still without hot water and heat, flame for our gas stove. We had a washer and dryer delivered only to have them taken back because they were electric, they needed to be gas which he neglected to tell us. He didnt negotiate best price or interior finishes properly, at one point he asked me to order tile for the builder and he would pay me back, so I did and he never paid me back. I had to scramble to get them returned eventually and was able to get a refund luckily.He also told us to move out of our home in San Francisco as the house would be ready in mid October / that ended up not being true - we ended up living in a hotel for a month and paying extra moving storage costs. It cost us over $15 extra. We tried to ask for another realtor to help but his boss Sandy did nothing to help. She is terrible and so is Gregorio. I would not do business with him again. If I were the real estate board Id look into revoking is lisence.

Having decided to move back to the desert, I started my research via internet googling " Best Desert Real Estate Agent ." Terri Munselle 's name came up with a link to a " You Tube Video " which I watched. This medium and what Terri had to say appealed to me and I took the next step to contact The Munselle Group.Jennifer Drummond phoned me and immediately asked the questions about what I was looking for in a home in the desert; lifestyle choices; what my main priorities were in a home; price range etc. I was very concise and Jennifer immediately understood what I was looking for in this next chapter of life. From that moment on, I was never disappointed as Jenn kept me on track as to my initial thoughts. We saw properties that I requested to see and Clubs that were of interest. The knowledge of the Desert and their patience with my " process " led to a successful closing in Indian Ridge Country Club. I am grateful not only to be introduced to The Munselle Group but to this stunning Club which I had been unaware of even with a history of time being spent in the desert. The " team " listened and thoughtfully directed me without any pressure. From the time I first contacted them until the close of escrow, it has been stress free and smooth.....even very fun at times !I would recommend them for their expertise and knowledge of the desert clubs and neighborhoods. This so helped me in my choice as there are many properties and areas to look at. You cannot go into this important choice thinking that there is " one place fits all." Be open. Be honest and you will be assisted to make your next home purchase fit YOU ! Feeling very grateful !

You can stop reading this review after the next line. Chose another realtor, and you lose.We chose Terri and her team to list our home because I can tell the winners from the losers. And it was immediately apparent that the Munselle team is all about winning.Terri knows the market and how to present your home's features to find the right buyer and sell it fast. Ours sold for the exact amount Terri estimated in 12 days, and for 20% more than the competition was trying to convince us it was worth. If you want your house listed and a punishing process go with the other guys. If you want a smooth and easy transaction flawlessly executed, then do yourself a favor and call Terri.Terri works hard and knows her stuff, and then Jennifer executes the details, making the entire process worry-free.Terri gets results!
