My husband and I worked with both Andy Pitarre and Ali Blesse to buy our first home and couldn't be more pleased. They're personable, knowledgable, and supportive during one of the more stressful stages of life. Ali is extremely responsive and genuine, seemingly always available to drop everything to help us go see a new house (this was so helpful, especially during COVID where all the time slots had to be scheduled in small windows). Andy's got a construction background that makes you feel confident when he gives good feedback on a home. We never felt pressured to purchase (Andy jokes that he usually tries to talk you out of a home, giving you the more critical/constructive feedback on a home rather than pointing out all the positives so that he doesn't influence you to get something you're not set on) and ended up with a home that checked all the boxes. We're thrilled and would recommend them highly.
