From the first time we met Andrew, we knew we wanted to work with him. He wasnt pushy, just let us know that he was there if we needed him as an agent. We finally decided to go with him after a failed attempt of FSBO. He sat us down and had a heart to heart with us about what this whole thing looked like. We had to relocate our family from Florida to NJ, since I was starting a new position in about 4 weeks. Andrew devoted a significant amount of his time on short notice to help us find a home. Within a couple of days of first contacting him, he was showing me houses over the entire weekend. He gave excellent advice on which houses were highest quality and value, and also on how to best structure our offer. Based on his advice, on a Sunday night no less, we successfully got our contract accepted by the seller when there were multiple bidders. He has very good insight into what will sell a home, and as to what may possibly be wrong with a house. I strongly recommend Andrew to anyone buying or selling a home, and will definitely recommend him to all friends and family. We needed an agent who was able to help us very quickly, since relocation required a fast move. Andrew was available on short notice to show many houses to us over two weekends, which significantly contributed to us finding our home. Andrew has excellent knowledge of local markets and communities. He is very good at quickly seeing and assessing homes which have potential problems, and freely shares that information. I especially liked that he was open and honest in sharing positive and negative information about homes we viewed together. Andrew was very direct and honest, in sharing information about homes we visited and answering other related questions. He was very professional, and accessible, and agreed to show houses over two weekends on short notice. We was also very patient- we saw eight houses on one day, and he had no problem spending all that time for us. Very quick to respond to emails and voicemails, even after hours and on weekends, especially important during critical times of negotiating the contract. Also very friendly and pleasant to be with, which helps during those long days viewing many houses.
