Mary Ann is a terrific agent and a delight to work with. She recently helped us sell our home in south San Jose and transition out of the area. Her professional prepping and marketing of our house were key to a very successful sale; in a highly competitive environment we ended up with multiple offers, all above the asking price and closed before the original date!Throughout the process Mary Ann was always on top of everything, always upbeat and made it feel as if ours was the only home that she was selling. With her many years of experience she understands how to position a house; shes helped so many buyers and sellers in the area neighborhoods. She has an amazing network who all seem to put her at the top of their priority list and as a result, we were able to prep the house for sale within a very short time window. But in all matters she was supportive and made it clear that the decisions were ours to make and that she would work with whatever we decided. Mary Ann would be the first person we would call to buy or sell another house in the Bay Area.When we first met Mary Ann two years ago, we were just starting to think about moving out of the Bay Area. Initially we had trouble finding a realtor in our target area who would work with us remotely; Mary Ann reached out to her contacts and found us a fantastic realtor in southern California. Even though Mary Ann wasnt involved in our new home purchase, she checked in on us and gave us great advice. Later when we were having trouble finding a mover who would help us with our move and storage needs, she called a contact and within a couple of days we had a contract with a terrific mover. When it finally came time to sell, we were in the process of transitioning to new jobs, and moving into temporary housing. Our schedules were chaotic and we were completely out of town during the final stages of the sale. Mary Ann made it all work and we couldnt be more pleased!

Due to an aggressive close schedule, Mary Ann amazed us with her project management and supervised all of our inspections and coordinated with our loan officer and title company to ensure a smooth closing.
