Charles was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. This was my first home buying experience and he made it so easy. He also helped dispel some of the myths or preconceived notions I had about the process. Charles was very personable and always checked in with us during the shopping and purchasing process. He made sure we were tracking things to look out for and avoid. He has also kept in constant contact after the closing to see how our move in is going. I highly recommend Charles.

We decided to move to Phoenix because all of our children and grandchildren all live here.
