ZillowVERIFIED The agent had an inspection performed for his buyer on a property that I own, and the air conditioner was left at 60A?, which is normal protocol for an inspection, but supposed to be raised back up afterwards. This cost is nearly $300 on the electric bill as we.leave it at 82*. I contacted the agent asking for the contact information of the inspector, and was met with what I feel extremely unprofessional and defensive responses and was told that it was like that when they got there, which was not correct. I wasn't asking for any money, but I was asking for somebody to take responsibility for screwing up and costing unnecessary expenses on my part.

ZillowVERIFIED The overall experience was great only because of the great Agent they had at my side but the company itself (JMG)was not a good experience. They signed me up for some insurance without my consent and I had to hurry to get it cancelled because I owed money but thankfully it worked out because of the Agent. Number 2 they called me and worked their words about how they were gifting me with an entire alarm system from ADT and all I had to pay was the activation fee but the ADT agent gets there and drills into my wall to start installing and then tells me my $2,000 something bill which I am currently working to pay off (and confirmed at least twice that all I had to pay was an activation or service fee with JMG before having ADT come out) that said they tried to get me to get multiple other products which sounded great but now I'm glad I did not. And all of this was done without my assigned agent knowing, and I know that for a fact. They get off on partnering with companies; like alarm companies, insurance companies, etc to profit and then leave the buyer with the bills and feeling stressed and played. Dont let them get you too. Again the individual agent was great, its the company, JMG, they work for that is the problem! Dont make someone believe they are being gifted when they are not, unacceptable!! We are working Americans that are trying hard and our money should not be played with, especially after purchasing a home!!

ZillowVERIFIED My experience was very bad. We are moving to Boston and when my husband talked to him explained when was our desire date of moving. He told us that we have to apply because the landlord was making a decision in 2 days. We paid, applied and he didnt get back to us until Saturday night, telling us our moving date was too late, that we have to sign the lease for 3 weeks earlier. Also told us that the price of the rent was going to be 200 dollars more than what we applied for. His answer when we complained was aEURoeI am just the messengeraEUR?. Negotiation skills zero, pushing people to pay for applications without even checking the minimal details like moving in date +10. Trying to contact him is really hard. His hours are unknown.

ZillowVERIFIED Weird. In May 2024, hours before closing on the purchase of my new construction home, Tiffany disappeared on me. She did not come to the closing and I have not heard from her since her last "I can't make it, good luck" message the morning of closing. I sat to write this review because here, one year later, I just received a Jason Mitchell Group email advertising her services to me. Amazing. Future clients should be aware of this behavior, which I reported to Jason Mitchell Group. I'll bet she cashed the healthy new construction commission check, though. She has offered no explanation for this behavior.

ZillowVERIFIED Do not list your home with Wanda Simmons of the Jason Mitchell Group! My experience with Wanda Simmons was absolutely horrific. From the start, I received little to no proper guidance, which resulted in financial losses and unnecessary stress. Wanda rushed me into making decisions without verifying key details such as the buyers financials and failed to communicate properly throughout the process. Wanda is no local expert in the Hackensack area, she also has not sold a property since 2021. To make matters worse, she took property photos on my phone instead of hiring a professional photographer, making my listing look unappealing. She also brought over aEURoestagingaEUR? items that I never asked for and has yet to pick them up, despite multiple requests. Even worse, the broker, who was copied on all email communications about my dissatisfaction, never reached out to address my concerns. This company lacks professionalism, accountability, and basic client service. If you are looking for a realtor who genuinely cares about your best interests, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere! ??

ZillowVERIFIED mortgage rates, which area to buy in, sfh/townhome/condo, escrow? Is that a bird? who is freddie mac and what's he got to do with anything? my partner and I were pretty much overwhelmed at the beginning of our house hunt but with Evan, we were able to figure out what's what and were able to get a home we actually wanted(not what we thought we wanted). This guy knows pretty much everything about everything in real estate and if he doesn't he'll get you the information. Quick and comprehensive communication amongst us (bonus if you like a laugh) and active listening and learning really helped us get clarity on a lot of things during the hunt. If you're going about something the wrong he won't shy away about telling you his opinion and work together to come up with a better solution. All in all we're super happy with the place we landed and the journey to get there was actually fun! 5 stars. Would recommend :)

The guy never texts back because hell literally call you 2 seconds after you hit send and answers your text (IN DETAILS) on a phone call. Hell make sure that you got the answers you want before he hangs up. I asked him so many dumb questions lol and he was more than willing to answer and explain all of them. And besides being a very nice guy and a true gentleman, the guy is very professional, and knows the ins and outs of the business. I had 4 bidders on the house I wanted and he made sure that we got the house because hes that good. Hes my brother from another mother. Youll love him the first time you meet him I promise you. ZillowVERIFIED Mark was fantastic to work with. We found Mark as a recommendation through a loan provider and from our initial conversation I felt he was the right fit. (I interviewed and tried working with several other agents before Mark that just didn't work out.) Mark showed us over a dozen properties in person and dozens more in listings before we got an offer accepted. He was willing and happy to show us properties all over from Grantsville to Ogden and everywhere in between before we found our current home. We must have viewed homes in at least four counties before we realized where we wanted to be. He always came across as sincere, honest, knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly. I was shopping with my wife and mother which added another level of complexity to finding what would work for everyone. We'd look at properties only to realize what we thought would work for us just wouldn't. Some days after viewing homes I felt that we had simply wasted his time, but Mark never relented and always came back with a good attitude and gave the impression it was simply a part of the process.Mark isn't just an enjoyable person, He was professional and very knowledgable about the market and I'd say he is second to none when it comes to writing and reviewing contracts. He's also a wonderful negotiator who didn't shy away from any sellers agents. He was also the only agent we spoke with who didn't tell us we had to offer a certain amount over asking to get our offer accepted. When our offer was accepted, which was not over asking price, we felt that Mark was truly the deciding factor. Mark exceeded our expectations over and over and changed our view of how we thought all agents behaved. Better believe that when we're ready to buy again we will be reaching out to Mark.One more thing, Mark unexpectedly brought his family over to help us move in and they're truly wonderful people. Do yourself a favor and reach out to Mark.
