I cannot praise Eric enough (and, no, he is not a relative!). My father interviewed him several years before Dad passed away and told us that this "is the guy to use to sell the house one day." Dad was a great judge of character, and that is exactly who Eric is! From the very first day that we met, he answered every question that we had (we had many). He has a team with whom he works that are very professional and do a terrific job: painting, cleaning, redoing floors, staging etc. He is a great communicator, savvy when it comes to knowing whether or not to stage, how much to do before putting it on the market, what the price should be etc. Most of all while, we had to sell our childhood home, we had some very personal challenges. Eric was aware of them, and he took so much off our plate so that we could handle some of these other matters.....definitely a man with a heart and not just someone interested in the money.I not only highly recommend him; I would continue to use him again and again.Thank you, Eric, for your care and ease with which you handled the entire "adventure".Fondly,Tree and Hil

Eric is unequivocally the best realtor in San Anselmo. He negotiated our purchase of a property for $320 per foot (way below prevailing prices at the time) and gave us the vision to make it a great home. When we decided to sell it four years later -- we had everything painted, updated and staged - all seamlessly through his excellent concierge service -- on budget and on time. His listing strategy was brilliant in considering timing and pricing -- which went against what most less experienced agents suggested to us. In the end he secured 11 offers and we settled on an all cash, 7 day close at 30% over the listing price. We were shocked at how well his strategy worked. He also happens to be a caring and attentive listener and a damn nice guy. Not to be terse, but if you are selling property in San Anselmo or the Ross Valley, you would be a fool not to use hem. We cannot recommend him more highly!
