Jamie did a great job of advising us on exactly what to do step by step to ensure our home would sell and secured a deal with less than 3 weeks on the market. She is easy to work with and I highly recommend her.

Eric Gelman and his team are pure joy to work with. When we started the process, Eric met with us to talk over the process and tell us what to expect, answer our questions and discuss the timing. It's never fun preparing a home for sale, and Eric took away the stress of the process. He provided excellent, make sense ideas of what to do to get the home ready and when the home was emptied, work began quickly and upon completion, it looked beautiful! It was as if magic fairy dust was sprinkled on the home! Everything happened as promised and the recommendations were perfect. Eric was always available to answer questions and talk over details if needed. It was such an easy process. Eric has a trusted team who he's worked with for many years, and the team comes in and transforms the home beautifully and on time. We absolutely, 100% loved loved loved working with Eric Gelman and we are so grateful to him for all that he did for us.

Matt recently helped us find a home in Sausalito. Matt is patient, persistent, and very responsive. We'd definitely still be in our apartment if it wasn't for Matt's expertise! If you're looking to find your dream home, then don't hesitate to reach out to Matt.

Eric Gelman and his team were great! This was a trust sale, so it was not easy for me. Eric and his team set up the contractors and staging and got it all done in 3 weeks! It was a beautiful transformation and sold in 2 weeks! I would highly recommend Eric Gelman and his team for selling your house and making the process as easy as possible.

Jamie Lockett has been incredibly thorough in our search for a new home paying strict attention to our requirements and wishes. My husband and I are very impressed with her real estate knowledge. When we find our new home we will not hesitate to list our current home with her. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.
