This particular transaction was not only a bit emotional as it was our dad's home, but there were also some renovations to navigate, and they were with us all the way. We could not have made it to the finish without them. And on top of that we were very happy with the amount we received for the house; above ask and a neighborhood record! I can't recommend them enough. Team O'Brien is the way to go if you want top notch service!

ZillowVERIFIED Deirdre and David have been amazing to work with throughout the home buying process process. It took us over 2 years to find and close on our home and they were patient throughout the entire journey. We are first time home buyers and their huge network of experts came in handy when evaluating the several homes we put offers on and understanding the expected costs. David's market comparison evaluation was also super helpful making us feel confident in the offers we put in. I would recommend Deirdre and David 100x over and couldn't have done this without them as they went above and beyond!! They went to the Marin country permit and tax office to confirm house details that weren't in the disclosures, had an inspector do a verbal inspection on the house within a day, and an HVAC person fix the heater before we moved in. If you're looking for a great real estate team, work with them!

ZillowVERIFIED Team O'Brien is beyond phenomenal! We first found them when we had just moved to Marin looking to buy and didn't know anything about the area. After our experience with them with buying our home, we wouldn't go to anyone else moving forward so we sought them out when it was time to sell. We moved out of the area and our home needed some repairs and touchups before it hit the market, and Team O'Brien took the lead on all of it. They truly went above and beyond anything we could have hoped for. When our home was ready to hit the market, the MLS was down for about a week and a half and the interest rates were not a "seller's market". And yet thanks to their skills, their marketing to all the top brokers, and their magic, our home sold quickly and they negotiated a higher price than we had expected to get! Every step of the way they kept us informed, supported us, and also kept things fun, easy, and understandable. We HIGHLY recommend working with them if you are buying or selling your place. It truly doesn't get better than Team O'Brien.

I really meant it even though at that time we still didnt know if the house would sell well. We made a last minute decision to sell our house. We met David and Deirdre in the beginning of March. They suggested listing at the end of March. There were a lot of work needed to be done to make the house attractive in 3 weeks. They coordinated with all the contractors, the stager and the photographer. David even offered to help us with moving our furniture and dumping the trash. They showed their kindness and consideration throughout the whole process. They are also very professional. They proofread every document that we needed to sign. They hosted two open-house sessions within days after the house was listed. They got to know the potential buyers well. They told us that we should be able to get multiple offers from these buyers. And indeed we got the non-contingent offers. The house was sold within a week! The whole process was stressful as it should be but also extremely smooth with the help of Team OBrien. If you are looking for agents to help you with either buying or selling, look no further.
