Brunson did an incredible job helping me through the buying process. His expertise in the local area market, anticipating process challenges and flagging them early, were invaluable. He also brought levity, humor and allowed me time and space to make decisions. Overall, I couldnt recommend Brunson enough!!

We cannot recommend Claire highly enough. She helped us during our time sensitive search for a home to buy in Beacon. Her expert understanding of the landscape, her local connections, and her stellar reputation were tremendous assets in moving us through the process at lightning speed. She was patient, generous, kind, and genuinely a joy to be with! I would tell everyone I know to work with Claire, without hesitation - and I do!

William did a great job working with me in a difficult market finding a suitable home within my financial means. He is very knowledgeable about the entire Hudson valley area and the nature of the market. Additionally and most importantly, hes hard working, goes the distance, shows up, is willing to cover a very large geographic area and went aEURoe to bataEUR? for me a number of different somewhat difficult occasions through the home buying journey. He also knows a lot of people and has good referrals.

We feel so lucky to have found Claire to help us in our house hunt in the Hudson Valley. We took our time over a couple of years to find the perfect house, and Claire was patient and enthusiastic about the search. She went above and beyond; she had so much knowledge about the community and connected us to great recommendations throughout the process. She was trustworthy and reliable. As first time homebuyers, we knew we were in good hands.
