While we worked with both, Greg ended up being our main agent but know you're in great hands with either of them. They know the local market better than everyone. They educated us on the differences in each part of town (beyond the proximity to Main Street) and helped us find the best part of town for us. And more important, they steered us away from houses that would have never been right for us. They also were incredibly well versed in the process, and held our hands for each step along the journey. Any question we had, Greg would respond the same day, usually within the hour. Claire walked me through the process of getting the house ready for showing after advising me on what could be done to improve how the house would show. I had planned on sanding the wood floors on the first level along with some fresh paint. Her keen insight allowed her to suggest that we carry a new wood floor into the kitchen in order to match the rest of the floors. We removed the older vinyl floor and replaced it with oak making a cohesive look to finish off the kitchen and main living level of the house.
