Cathy was so helpful in finding us our new home. She was patient, flexible, timely and extremely knowledgeable. She made a long process seamless and her area of expertise was transparent which made everything easier for us as first time home buyers. We strongly would refer or recommend Cathy to any family or friends in the future.

Cathy did a fantastic job helping us negotiate the process of selling our home. Her knowledge and expertise were extremely helpful, and she was always available to answer any questions we had. We would highly recommend her to anyone who is buying or selling their home.

Cathy did a fantastic job in marketing and selling my home. She helped us price it according to the market and was very diligent about showings. We were in contract within one month of listing the home. Fantastic and easy to work with. Highly recommend her for your real estate needs!

Besides being friendly and patient and kind Cathy really gets to know her client and listens to their wants and needs. Cathy patiently worked with me for two years to find the perfect forever home for me. She goes above and beyond her responsibilities as a realtor and I truly feel I also made a friend. I will recommend her to everyone I know looking for a home!!!!

Cathy was our DREAM realtor. Cathy is so knowledgeable and professional. We had mitigating circumstances in different states - overwhelming for a novice seller. Cathy handled everything with great expertise and was available to answer any questions. She deserves the highest of praise.
