ZillowVERIFIED Cathy knew the type of buyers that would be interested in buying the home after meeting with her. The next day there were several prospective buyers looking at the house. One of which brought the house. Cathy got the the sale done. I live out of State. She kept you informed of anything that needed my attention, and kept a watch on the house. Though out the sales process answered my questions. and always reponded to telephone calls. Cathy was very helpful with other contacts that were needed for services such as cleaning, lawn, junk removal, snow removal. I highly recommend her.

We have absolutely no hesitation recommending Cathy for any and all your Real Estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Cathy was a pleasure. Within days of meeting Cathy she found the perfect home for us. We put in an offer and it was accepted. Due to COVID and some other factors the deal fell through, but Cathy never gave up. We continued looking for almost a year, going to open houses, new listings, etc. Cathy went out of her way to show us all different kinds of places including single family homes, condos, and two family homes. These were all over Nassau County. Thanks to Cathy's hard work we were able to find something that we were happy with. We HIGHLY recommend using her as your agent!

ZillowVERIFIED After looking at several homes in Oceanside with various listing agents, I met Cathy in November 2020 after inquiring about one her listings. Cathy was the first agent that we met that followed up and consistently looked for other homes matching our needs. Needless to say it took 13 months to find the right place. Cathy never gave up on us. She continued to search for listings until she found the right one. If you are in the market for a home, I highly recommend Cathy. She will find what you are looking for!

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Cathy twice, when I purchase the house and 5 years later when we sold it. Both times she was extremely patient with us, explaining everything we needed to know as buyer and then as seller. When we purchased the house, she organized visits to all the house we wanted to see and she asked the former owner to allow us to visit multiple times, before we made up our minds and placed an offer. When we sold the house, she was able to find multiple interested buyers right away. We practically had multiple offers in the first 2 weeks. That told us that the price was just right. She always went the extra mile for us, even if when it wasn't part of the job. Her attention to details when preparing the house for selling was extraordinary, telling us exactly what needs to be done to stage it the right way. She intermediated all of the communication (pretty extensive) between us and the other side, always advising what to do and how to do it. Seriously, if you have to buy or sell a house, don't even think of hiring anybody else. She's all-in-all simply awesome.

ZillowVERIFIED When I began the journey of selling my mother's house, I had at first gotten in touch with people I knew. The problem was they didn't have the same opinion of the house that I had-so I saw an advertisement and called Cathy. Not only was she immediately available to see the house, she also had the same vision as me. She saw the homes potential and priced the house perfectly. She worked tirelessly showing the house. We received multiple offers the first week and ultimately had a timely sale at a great price. I can't recommend Cathy enough, she was wonderful! Best, Mary W.

ZillowVERIFIED We were so lucky to have Cathy representing us during our home buy AND sale processes. She is truly a great individual, and a professional who knows all about NYS laws, pertaining to real estate. She is extremely honest (unlike a number of real estate agents), and always makes a sincere effort to learn about her clients' need. She is soft spoken and a good listener. One thing that we especially like about her is that she never pushes her clients into buying/selling a home. She tells the facts and gives enough room for her clients to decide what they want. She has an extremely good negotiation skills. She is always approachable (weekends, nights, no issues). She maintain a very high ethical standard in her job. We could not have found anyone better than her. We most strongly recommend her, and wish her all the best. We are loving our home that she helped us find. Thank you Cathy! Sanjai & Suneeta

ZillowVERIFIED To whom it may concern, Cathy did an amazing job as my realtor. The house had not been maintained, it was a true handyman's special. She had brought many potential buyers to look, far more than I had ever expected, all looking for what it had to offer. I received several offers through all her hard work and had it sold within 6 months. Most of that time was during a very snowy winter! With the market flooded with homes for sale, I couldn't believe she accomplished the sale, but she did! I really couldn't have asked for anything more. I highly recommend her!!! Andrea Larkin

ZillowVERIFIED I am looking to downsize now that my sons are in college and want to stay in the same community. Having been a homeowner for many years I am very specific about what I want, what I need and what I don't want. After discussing everything with Cathy we began our home search. It's been several months (I'm not in a rush) but I have been very happy with the homes that Cathy has shown me. I don't feel like I'm being dragged to every house on the market in my price range - the homes have all been reasonable options. I have no doubt that Cathy will find me a house that will work for me. I highly recommend working with her on your home search.

ZillowVERIFIED I am writing this letter to recommend Cathy Vingelli of Hal Knopf Reality. Cathy worked with our family in selling our parents home. I have nothing but positives to say about the way she worked with us to support the sale of the house. I recommend her without qualification.Cathys work with us started as we began determining an overall approach to selling the house. She is experienced and organized, and could easily outline the process that would be needed, what she would do, and what would be required from us. Her professionalism was evident from the ad she wrote, the suggestions she made about what wed need to address in a somewhat aEURoetiredaEUR? house, and what wed need to move around to stage the house most effectively. One obvious factor where her help was important was pricing. Cathy knows the Oceanside market in depth, and she was able to not just give us comps for the house but a realistic, fair assessment of what we could get in a relatively short amount of time compared to others on the market. She was strategic in negotiating for us. In fact, we accepted an offer that was close to our asking price in less than a week. What made Cathy exceptional was her willingness to do whatever it took to get the house ready for sale. In our case, since both my sister and I lived out of town, Cathy was ready to make numerous trips to the house to open it up for various trades people who needed to get in and to help us address the inevitable issues that arose. We knew we could count on her to be helpful, resourceful, creative, and level-headed as we moved toward the closing. She was a pleasure to deal with at all times. She communicates clearly and easily and kept us apprised of all developments. She also knows other resources needed as part of the process and her referrals were all excellent.I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Cathy.
