Working with Kathryn to purchase our town home was a great experience! If we had to describe her in three words, we'd say: trustworthy, knowledgeable, and friendly. Making a purchase of a home is a very important decision and you need a realtor you could trust and Kathryn is definitely that person. She was always honest and upfront with any questions we had and was very organized, not to mention very flexible due to our busy work schedules. She understands the market very well (Wheaton, IL) and is full of great and useful information in the community where we purchased. Last but definitely not least, Kathryn is very kind and down to earth. She's somebody who we felt very comfortable with from the initial phone call to the closing and we would love to work with her in the future. We definitely recommend her since she's not only a top notch realtor, but also a great human being who we hope to keep in contact with.

Kathryn is awesome. After some pretty unhappy real estate experiences, Kathryn is a breath of fresh air. She gave great advice for everything we asked and more - staging, prep, pricing, etc. She helped us focus on necessary prep work to prepare for the sale. Our house looked great in person and on line, in the photos and video tour. She made a fantastic choice of photographer, a nice change from prior experience. Despite COVID, we had a LOT of foot traffic - our neighbors were stunned. The house was only on the market for only a few days before we had two bids, and accepted one.She also helped with a thousand details: recommending good contractors, facilitating bids, meeting contractors, negotiating, etc. Her level of service is completely beyond our previous experience and expectations.I cannot say enough positive things about how terrific Kathryn was. She has expertise, enthusiasm, and energy. Absolutely the best.
