She helped us sell our condo (for significantly above asking price!) and purchase our first house. If we were ever to need a realtor again, we would absolutely use Kathryn again. HIGHLY recommend.* Accessible & communicative- always responded promptly to all communications. If she was going to be unreachable for even an hour or two, she let us know beforehand. We dealt directly with her, not another member of her team. She went above and beyond with being helpful (for example, reaching out to her own insurance agent to help us get a quote when our insurer was being difficult). Patiently answered our (what seemed like) millions of questions, and able to articulate and explain all aspects of the process to us. Even when out of town for a funeral, we were able to reach her, and she made sure to set us up beforehand with a partner so that we were able to look at any houses that came on the market while she was gone.* Moral & ethical- integrity and honesty in all aspects of the process, not out to make a buck but to help people find a home that fits their desires & needs. Clearly enjoys her job.* Enjoyable personality- friendly, relatable, genuinely good person.* Incredible knowledge of the area- Kathryn was able to point us towards specific areas where houses had the qualities we were looking for. Always on top of what was coming on the market, comparable pricing, etc.* Fantastic listener- really listened to what it was we were looking for, asking questions to help us determine our preferences when we were not sure. Also really great at giving feedback, helping us to imagine what a space could be, concerns we may not have noticed, etc.*Multi-talented- also a certified stager. Helped us come up with ideas, brought accessories and set things up before photos. 3 of the exact same units on the market, and almost every person who came through said that ours showed the best. From the time I interviewed her I felt comfortable and confident in her ability to sell my home. Her honesty, enthusiasm, knowledge of the local market, dedication to her profession and to me, her client, were above and beyond what I ever imagined they could be. Kathryn was there for me every step of the way, arranging appointments, in constant communication with showing agents, marketing the home I was leaving and seeking out my new home. When I would thank her for something I thought was outside the scope of what a realtor should do, she made it clear that this was her expectation for herself. When a showing agent mentioned that she thought she smelled gas in my garage, Kathryn called me at work to ask if I would like her to have someone come out to check into it. I agreed to "let" her do this, a gas leak was found, she called me back to ask if I would like her to arrange for someone to come out to address it, which she did, and it was fixed by the time I returned home from work that day. When mold was found in my attic, she was there for the mold remediation so I didn't have to take time off work. Furthermore, when I was on the verge of falling apart from the stress, she reassured me and reminded me that someone would fall in love with my home the same way I once did...and she was right. I truly can't say enough good things about Kathryn and the work she did for me. My old home sold for a good price, I am in a new home where I'm very happy and I feel that I was guided by Kathryn every step of the way.

Kathryn worked with us for a home purchase while we livd in a state far away, even with the disruption of the pandemic. She guided us patiently and competently as we have little knowledge of the buying process and local information. She explains the details of state rules involved in buying home, she educated us with things that are specific to the local are that we should be aware of but would not even know to ask about. She gave us help with local arrangements that we would need to make but would have difficulties doing while being remote and new to the region. She gave great advice for everything we asked and more - staging, prep, pricing, etc. She helped us focus on necessary prep work to prepare for the sale. Our house looked great in person and on line, in the photos and video tour. She made a fantastic choice of photographer, a nice change from prior experience. Despite COVID, we had a LOT of foot traffic - our neighbors were stunned. The house was only on the market for only a few days before we had two bids, and accepted one.She also helped with a thousand details: recommending good contractors, facilitating bids, meeting contractors, negotiating, etc. Her level of service is completely beyond our previous experience and expectations.I cannot say enough positive things about how terrific Kathryn was.
