Five stars simply isnt enough! Amanda Rupley is simply exceptional at what she does. Shes that rare combination of real estate superstar, marketing guru, fierce negotiator and genuinely wonderful human being. After buying and selling several properties over the years, I can say with complete confidence that she has set a standard no one else has come close to matching. Amanda has an instinct for real estate that you simply cant teach. She knows when to hold em and when to fold em. When to push, when to wait, when to negotiate and when to completely change course. And through every decision, every stressful moment and every unexpected turn, I never once questioned whether she was completely in our corner. She sold our home during one of the toughest downward markets. At one point, Amanda recommended we pull our house from the market, wait, and then relist it at a HIGHER price. I thought she might be crazy! But I trusted her. ONE DAY. Nearly full asking price. CASH.! She nailed it!! And that wasnt luck. Thats Amanda. She understands the real estate market, but she also understands people and marketing. That combination is her superpower. She knows what attracts buyers, how to position a home, how to create excitement and how to get people through the door. Her open houses are incredibly thoughtful, every detail has intention behind it, and she and her team treated our home with the same pride and care they would their own. Before I could even process what we were going to do, Amanda was already handling it. Somehow she arranged for an ER medic to come to our house with IV fluids AND coordinated switching our entire closing online at the last minute. I mean, seriouslyaEUR| who does that?Amanda does. Nothing fazes her. She doesnt add to the stress, she takes it away. She finds a solution, gets it handled and makes you feel like everything is going to be okay because shes there. Ive worked with other realtors outside of Texas since then, and that experience has only made me appreciate Amanda more. She has completely spoiled us and set the bar incredibly high.
