ZillowVERIFIED With a new home under construction in a neighboring city, i needed to engage a realtor to help my family sell our existing home. Flooded with realtor options in today's market from online to cut-rate agents, the decision was actually quite easy in selecting Cathy and her team as our realtor. My home is a relatively unique property, one that is quite difficult to identify true comps. I knew that i needed a seasoned professional who could appreciate the uniqueness of the property, price it appropriately notwithstanding the limited availability of true comps, and then stage, photo and market the property to achieve reasonably top dollar in today's somewhat shaky realty market. Cathy was very easy to work with, super knowledgeable, extremely responsive, and hyper-vigilant in working the offer and closing processes. Hindsight is always 20/20 and with the sale of my home quickly and successfully closed, I couldn't feel better about my decision to engage Cathy's team.
