Carolyn and her team are absolutely amazing. I found her while researching various realtors while doing a search online and my instincts were right on point. We were wanting to downsize after living in our family home that was originally built in 1982. Through the years it had gone from a quarter lot to an acre and the home nearly doubled in size designed to reflect a hotel resort which made it complicated to compare home value in the area and would need a particular buyer. Carolyn and her team were amazing and saw our vision for marketing where others did not. We had a few difficulties along the way that made me panic but she was a comfort and a steady hand the entire process. No way our home would have sold with any other realtor. I know because we tried. Kellie went above and beyond to help find the rental for me. I know she mostly sells houses and doesn't work many rentals, but she took the time to listen to my needs, found me some options in my budget, and came early in the morning before work so I could tour the home and not be late. Kellie coordinated everything with the landlord's realtor and advocated for me throughout the process. Kellie took care to explain the lease to me when I had questions. I highly recommend working with Kellie if you have the opportunity.

Finding ourselves with an empty nest, it was time to downsize. We had a great experience with Carolyn while purchasing our home, and turned to her again when it was time to sell. Our favorite real estate agent! We have used Erin Fernandez to buy a home in 2015 and then sell another home in 2016. We then used Erin again in 2025 to sell a home again. Erin is very easy to work with. Erin ensures that everyone is on the same page and understands all the needs of both buyer and seller (which we have been both through all these years). Erin also has a contact list of many qualified contractors that can assist you when you are preparing to sell a home. It is always a joy to talk with Erin and she has always provided outstanding advice.
