I worked with Laurie on a rental property. After having the listing with another agent for over 6 months, with no qualified tenant. A made a call to Laurie. She jumped on my listing and had the unit rented within 1 week at full price. A good tenant, who was approved within 1 week of signing. That was a good call and one I will make every time. Her experience and readiness made this all happen so smoothly

Laurie started working me back in Nov 2025. I was needing to sort some personal issues and wanted to know what value my home was. i finally got the urge to list just this March 2026. She was very patient with me and kept checking in with me Thru the final process she kept updated. If I were buying a house . I would have most certainly used her to be my agent for that adventure too. Her Compass staff was very helpful.

I recently listed and sold my home using Compass Realty in Ft Lauderdale. My chosen realtor, Laurie Spector, had me sold the first day I met her. She walked me through every detail of the process, made recommendations and advised on preparations that proved to ensure successful sale. Laurie and her assistant, Belle Valdefiera, kept me up to date day by day and explained all the legalities of the process. I never had to prompt them for anything, they had the ball rolling the entire time right down to closing that was as convenient and easy as I could ask. I definitely recommend Laurie and Compass for anyones sales/buying needs.
