ZillowVERIFIED I was so fortunate to have Jeffery Corriolan as my realtor, he helped me find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. He was patient with me as we looked at several homes. He cautioned me about making unreasonable offers when I fell too quickly for overpriced homes. In short, he was always on my side working to make my house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Jeff was that he was always more focused on answering questions, giving good advice, and finding homes that met my needs than he was on closing a deal. I would recommend him to anyone, He makes it happen and get the job done! Jeffery thank you so much for helping me purchase my first home, It was a pleasure working with you!!

ZillowVERIFIED It was such a pleasure to work with Jeffrey! He is very knowledgable about the housing market and responsive to client needs. He went above and beyond to help us find our first home and showed us that he truly cared. My husband and I thought that we knew what we wanted in our first home, but our preferences changed as we began viewing homes. Jeffrey immediately updated a list of homes to view to better match our preferences, which is how we ultimately found our home. He did an excellent job with keeping us calm throughout this stressful process and treated us like family.

ZillowVERIFIED You will not find a better realtor than Jeffrey C Corriolan PA. The personal time and energy spent to help along the way was impeccable. The service he provides, along with the positive energy he possesses is amazing. He will take care of you and is readily available at any time. I really can?t put into words how helpful Jeffrey was to me when purchasing a home. When I decided to buy a new house, he was always readily available - His patience never faltered when I kept vacillating between two courses of action. Jeffrey pointed out noteworthy observations about the property we looked at - whether it be good or bad. His extensive knowledge of market values and the inventory was priceless. He?s very active and professional when it comes to what?s best for you when purchasing a new home.

ZillowVERIFIED Seven years ago, I became frustrated with my realtor, so I called the Keyes company and Jeffrey answered the phone. At first I assumed he was the receptionist but as I started explaining my needs and wants of my dream home, Jeffrey said check your email in an hour and he sent me listing of homes of interest to me (I was surprised by his motivation). Jeffrey is one of the most reliable, enthusiastic, and resourceful realtors Ive ever met...Fast forward seven years later, he still answers my calls and provides my family with free resources that assist with everything from quick claim deeds to home improvement ideas/reliable contractors...Because of his positive attributes, I always recommend Jeffrey to all my co-workers, friends, and family...As a result of my experiences with Jeffrey I introduce you to the most consistent/dedicated realtor in the business.

ZillowVERIFIED I contacted Jeffrey Corriolan just over 5 years ago when I was in the process of buying an investment property. Jeffrey did not only help me acquire a superb rental property, he also found the renters. I never had any problems with the renters or getting my rent on time. As he did such a professional job previously I contacted him again recently when I decided to sell my house and move to a condo. Jeffrey dealt the sale of my home and also found me a magnificent condo. I am extremely happy to recommend Jeffrey not only for his professionalism but because he is extremely genuine.

ZillowVERIFIED I retained Jeff Corriolan to sell my Condo in Miami. He made selling my apartment a painless experience. He fought hard to get me the best price. He was very professional. He communicated with me on a regular basis, he followed through in a timely manner, and he was always responsive when I needed clarification. He worked hard to get me the best price in a recovering housing market. I could not have been more satisfied with my experience. I tried to sell my apartment with two other brokers who turned out to be very unprofessional, so I was very skeptical. However, Jeff Corriolan sold my apartment in a timely manner and without any headaches. He is very professional and competent. I would definitely use him again.

ZillowVERIFIED I had to postpone my first meeting with Jeff due to airplane delay - I live in another city and was selling the condo that belonged to my mother. Jeff was so accommodating and arranged to meet me later. I had never sold any property before and Jeff clearly explained the process and was very prepared with comparables in the area. He brought some of his work on a tablet computer which we couldnt use because there was no internet access in the condo. Jeff gave me some easy suggestions to make the condo ready for visitors and took pictures for posting on his companys website. After signing the contract with Jeff there were clients coming to see the condo within 24 hours!! We had 3 serious offers almost immediately. Because our family lives in another city Jeff was good about keeping us informed as things progressed. I signed the contract with Jeff on June 30th and we closed on August 31st!!
