Ill try to make this short. I have had unique experiences with agents and brokers so I wanted to make sure that I chose the right person, with the right energy, and the right team for this job. I interviewed 3 people and went with an agent that I was unsure aboutaEUR?but we clickedaEUR? but I was still unsure about the level of experience and skillset. I called my Vegas agent (who I wholeheartedly trust) and he told me that he would send me a referral. THANK GOD! After Jason and I met, I felt pretty comfortableaEUR?specifically due to the very honest conversation, humility, and confidence. Trust and integrity are values that I hold very dear so it was very important that the initial meeting enveloped those elements. We spent about a few days negotiating about staging, painting, and prep work, that I insisted I do myself (I dont think he knew that I could do a satisfactory job but I showed him a thing or two), lolaEUR?.and he showed me a thing or two and got multiple offers the first week of listing! Thats what I call teamwork. Jason, and his team, were nothing short of AMAZING! There was ample follow up, and I felt like his service was aEURoeconcierge.aEUR? Even though his numbers spoke mounds about his performance, I had doubts that he could sell my house, which is a very unique structure in the area. Though we had multiple offers, very high offers, he respected my decision to go with the buyers that I felt a bond with. The experience was collaborative, professional, and consistent. If I could do it all over again, I wouldnt choose to work with any other team. Thank you Jason!
