It was such a pleasure to work with Jason S Lowery and Lori Smalls selling my late brothers home. It started out with receiving a FedEx delivery from Compass Reality with a Jason S Lowery brochure packet inside. Inside the packet was a very nice layout of the Lowery Group telling his future client what he has to offer them with a lay out pictures of previous sales and what the group will do to get your property sold fast at a good price. Sold fast at a good price they did. The house sold in 3 days of listing with 13 offers, 4 at an all-cash deal, of course I accepted the highest bidder, plus I didnt have to do any repairs to the property. ZillowVERIFIED A year ago, I was the last person who would have recommended a realtor. Whats the point when I have redfin and Zillow? Well, after a few months of disappointing tours, my wife talked me into meeting with Jason. I did so with gritted teeth and my guard up certain that I would have to pay for a bogus service that I could have done on my phone. I'm wrong a lot (ask my wife) and I was dead wrong about Jason! He was a gentleman since our first meeting and worked tirelessly to find us our perfect home. And let me say, we were not an easy client. First, we were set on East Los Angeles, then Hawthorne was better, followed by our stint in Monterey Park which was old news once Jason showed us beautiful pockets in South Los Angeles (I never would have thought this was an option for us). After about 70 tours, we went escrow on a to die for open floor plan that already smelled like a dry cab and charcuterie board. It felt as if rainbows were in the sky! Which was kind of true because LA had some crazy rainstorms before our house inspection. On the day of the inspection, I still remember the call from Jason, who of course showed up early to make sure the inspector was doing his job, he said aEURoethis isnt itaEUR?. We soon found out why. The foundation had flooded. The walls were soaked in with water. The beautiful house we were in escrow was built with too many corners missing and the rain revealed all the cracks. Jason was the first to tell us we had to back out. My wife and I were picky. Neither of us could agree on anything. Poor Jason. So, I couldnt believe after tons of houses and months of searching there was not a hint of pressure from Jason. I could tell he truly wanted what was best for us. We backed out of escrow and were back at the drawing board. After bouncing location on Jason again, we ended up in the Van Nuys area where we bought a beautiful home. Jason saved us money on the offer, got us additional money for repairs, and did it all with optimal contingencies. Remember how I was worried Jason would be an extra cost? He saved me money! There is no way I would have known to fight for the things he did. Our search consisted of over 100 houses, who knows how many custom route tours, and many laughs. Jason is a blast. My wife and I have been in our new home for over a month now and still get the friendly call or touch up email from Jason, who is checking in. The man is dedicated! I recommend Jason and the Lowery group without any hesitation. 11 out of 10!

ZillowVERIFIED My mother and I started our home search in January 2022. We were referred to a realtor by a friend. Our experience with this first realtor was terrible! I would send our realtor homes we were interested in and to ask him if he was able to obtain additional info, like if it was cash only, probate, etc. Instead of doing his research beforehand, he would only let us know the property was still available and let him know if we wanted to put in a offer. He never accompanied us to any open houses, or sent us listings. I was always sending him homes we were interested in. One particular listing we were interested in was almost a hour away, and he agreed to meet us there and show us the house. We get to the house and hes trying to get in, but he cant find the code on the listing. Hes calling the agent and hes not picking up. As he stepped away to take a call, I read the listing agents notes on a paper he had and it clearly said that the house was in probate and potential buyers had to send bank statements showing 20% in their accounts before the code would be provided to access the house. We never got the code and didnt get to see the house. He just dismissed it and never acknowledged his failure to do his due diligence before hand and wasted our time. On top of that, he missed the deadline to put in a offer on a house we were really interested in. This realtor never showed any drive and initiative to really help us find a home. Needless to say, that was our last interaction with that realtor. Another friend referred us to Jason Lowery and from our first conversation, he was eager to help and see how our journey was going so far. He sent us a questionnaire and after we completed it, he set up a conference to discuss the best strategy for us. On this call, he educated us on the current market, and came up with a strategy of how we can stand out among other buyers. He pointed out some things we could do different from our previous realtor. He was very informative during this call and really listened to what it was that we were looking for, which made us extremely confident that we were moving in the right direction with Lowery Group. He introduced us to Leo who would be our direct contact. Leo was warm, friendly, helpful and always went above and beyond. Each week, Leo would prepare an itinerary for the open houses we were going to see. He accompanied us to each house and gave his opinion on each house as well. We started with the Lowery group on April 4th and we put in our first and only offer in on April 23rd! And boom! Just like that, we were in escrow after being with the Lowery for only 3 weeks! During the escrow process, Leo remained informative and walked us through the entire process. Lori kept us updated with documentation and correspondence with the escrow company. And Jason checked in on os weekly to make sure everything was going smoothly. The whole entire team worked extremely hard to make this home buyer experience as pleasant as possible. We all know the home buying experience can be stressful and tedious, so its extremely important to have a supportive, knowledgeable, and passionate team to work with you during the entire process. Even after we closed, weve received calls from everyone just to check up on us! When I decided to move forward to buy my first home , I reached out to Jason and I am so happy I did. When I first met with Jason in 11/2014, he educated me on the home buying process and what to anticipate, this became very helpful during the process, I felt prepared and not caught off guard, theres a lot of moving pieces that goes into homebuying. At the time I was single and just looking for a home for myself, I was looking for something I can spend the next five to ten years in. It was very clear that Jason was very educated about the market. Jason presented a list of homes that were aligned with my interest and it didnt take long to narrow down my top three. I visited all three homes and new which one I wanted to make an offer on immediately. People always say the first offer you make usually is not the home you get, so I was excited but was prepared for disappointment but I wanted this home it was perfect! Not even three days later Jason called me and said, aEURoe its yoursaEUR? , I was so excited, and it all seemed as though it happened so fast. I closed at the end of 12/2014. In 8/2020 I was now a Dad and engaged and got a grand idea that it was now time to look into buying a home during a Pandemic as a self-employed business owner. I new this would be challenging but I didnt hesitate to reach out to Jason to express my goal with him and per usual Jason was professional, excited and knowledgeable about the current market and ready to make this happen. This time around Jason isnow leading selling my first home I brought with him in 11/2014 and looking for my future home DURING A PANDEMIC, I knew Jason and the team had a challenge ahead of them. I shared with Jason that I only wanted to live in a certain area and in a certain city where homes only came on the market, average once every two months, so this made it very competitive, I was also set on my budget and was not open to exceed it by any means. This time around because of the state of the market no home was up for negotiation and you pretty much had to offer over asking for any home. Because of COVID, home showings had to be scheduled in advanced but during the waiting period Jason and his team continued to present different home options. We walked through the house together, he listened, he was patient and then provided feedback. He told me all the wonderful things about my home, and gently told me the things that could impact the rental price. Jason had done his homework before our meeting and provided me with comps in the area so I could get an understanding of the current market. There had been properties that rented for more than what I was asking, but there were also some that had been on the market for some time that were renting for a lot less.
