I contacted Scott Sep. 2017 along with two other agents to sell my home, after meeting with all three and deciding to go with Scott I couldn't have been more pleased! I received multiple offers the first weekend the house went on the market, thanks in large part to Scott's incredible work. Scott brought in a fabulous photographer to showcase my home online, which created much more foot traffic than I expected. : ) Scott was wonderful in keeping the transaction moving along and getting to closing in a timely manner (even when the first deal was going in a bad direction). Scott was always available to answer my questions by txt, email or phone call (I had many). He was so responsive and is the sweetest person. My wife and I bought our house in the Denver area in April and we couldn't have done so without Scott. We know because we tried and failed. Denver's market is extraordinarily competitive, with very low inventory, lots of buyers and loads of cash offers. After working with a different agent with zero success and no advice after losing several offers, we interviewed several agents and decided on Scott.
