Review Scott was the best. He was happy to, and did, show us houses in remote locations in the mountains and in the city, as we were looking all over. He was very knowledgeable about the home-buying process, the present market (both area-wide and in particular locations and neighborhoods), and other practical considerations such as the severity and repair-cost of maintenance issues. Scott was up-front about the pros and cons of particular homes and of different potential terms and conditions of any purchase offer. We felt he was committed to the long-game of getting us in a house that we would be happy with, rather than getting us into a house as quickly as possible just to turn a commission. As it happens, we didn't have to wait long. When we found the ideal place within a just few weeks of serious searching, Scott helped us jump on it, creatively beat out multiple competitors with an offer we were comfortable with, and successfully get through closing. Literally always available and responsive. Also just a really good guy with a good sense of humor. 10/10 would recommend.

He moved at our pace (which was really fast), was always super responsive and on point, works with a great team, and negotiated well with a challenging seller situation. We loved that he embraced our redfin/online research (some realtors we met with insisted on using their sites vs finding the best options out there) and got us into see every house on our list. He and his team also used Google sheets, text, email, phone - basically anything we wanted to get the job done. Last, he went out of his way to make our move-in nice - making sure a cleaner came in and checking on us. Not only did we get the house we wanted in the perfect location within 10 days, but we also had a great time visiting homes and getting to know Scott. Make your life easy and work with Scott!

Review My wife and I bought our house in the Denver area in April and we couldn't have done so without Scott. We know because we tried and failed. Denver's market is extraordinarily competitive, with very low inventory, lots of buyers and loads of cash offers. After working with a different agent with zero success and no advice after losing several offers, we interviewed several agents and decided on Scott. We are not flush with cash and every offer situation we were in was a multi-offer knife fight. Scott was extremely knowledgable about the local market and the current buying situation in Denver. He helped us devise a multiprong strategy to seperate our offers from the herd, and win the house we really wanted. Throughout the entire process he was dedicated to our strategy, responsive to our needs and, most importantly, communicated clearly and often not only to us but to the sellers' agents pre and post offer. His strategic and nimble style seperates Scott as an agent from being sufficient to being exceptional, in our opinion. We never would have suceeded in buying our home in this market without him.

Review Scott did an excellent job handling a difficult situation and demanding clients. He was willing to drive an hour or more one way to show a single house for 15 minutes on several occasions. He stuck with us when we walked away from a contract during the inspection process and while dealing with less than pleasant realtors on the buyers side. He was always energetic and positive. He would answer emails and text messages regardless of the time they were received, whether it was at 9pm or 5am.

He was able to get us our first choice house, despite another offer being submitted the same day.
