For several months, we were looking to buy a home in TPC Stonebrae, but there were almost no listings. We decided to go see a listing at nearby Bailey Ranch, and Lily was showing us the home. We knew she had sold many TPC Stonebrae homes over the years (we even visited those open houses), so we decided to have her represent us instead of our previous agent. Within days, she presented us with several unlisted TPC Stonebrae homes for sale, and the home we purchased is beyond what we could have imagined - we're honestly still in disbelief! Not only that - Lily also helped us find an amazing tenant to rent our previous home.We absolutely love working with Lily - she is second to none! I chose Lily to help sell my home for her knowledge of the local area as I have seen her face online and in the mail living in Hayward for the last 4 years. During our initial phone conversation, she immediately recognized my area code and quoted me the (low) frequency of homes sold in the area. After providing all the details of my needs and expectations, Lily gave me a timeline of events of when each part of the process would happen.As things change, and different things come up, as they do, we veered off the timeline at times, but Lily assured me that everything would be completed on time, and I was notified whenever anything needed attention. She was always within contact through text and e-mail and responded immediately.It is no wonder Lily can get everything done with the team she has working with her, who all spoke highly of her as well. Her move out cleaners were the most thorough I have ever seen, her movers were the most efficient I have seen, and her stager did a wonderful job.
