I had already heard about him through word of mouth as his reputation preceded him. It didnt take long to realize Mike was by far the most experienced.I asked around and read some of his reviews and I have to say, he really lives up to the hype. From the moment we made contact, man; he was ON IT! Now, the home wasnt sell ready at the time. It needed cleaning, paint, carpet & landscape. Plus, the tenant had damaged the home quite a bit. Within days of having signed the listing agreement, the painter was already in there masking it off. Within a few short weeks, the house was absolutely turn-key and ready to go. His stager, Janine came in and made it look like a model home and his photography crew took beautiful photos & prepared a lovely virtual tour. Because it took a while to get the home vacated, the market had already turned but Mike knew how to price it, how to market it and how to sell it! Even after dealing with flaky buyers and some dishonest buyers agents, it didnt taint his spirit. He remained as enthusiastic as day 1. Ive bought and sold numerous properties over the years and Mike was by the far the best Ive worked with. If youre in the market to sell or buy a home in Mountain House, do yourself a favor and call Mike. He and his team will handle EVERYTHING! Toward the middle of the deal, he negotiated a repair credit that we converted into closing cost credits but the amount he got us was so big that the lender couldnt even use it all! So, we used the rest to buy my rate down! Win-Win! Not only was I able to purchase my first house in a market where its near impossible to even get your offer accepted, but I was able to spruce it up with all money I saved. I recommend Mike 1000%! ZillowVERIFIED We hired Mike and his team to sell our property in Modesto. We already knew him but from the minute he walked through it, we were even more confident he was our guy. I think anyone else would have walked through and then proceed to list the home and sell it. Not Mike. He immediately identified what he left we needed to do to get top dollar for it, and he was right. Within a week, he had his crew in their getting it ready. The home comped our for about 300k-310k, max. Mike arranged for his crew to go in, paint, change the flooring, paint the cabinets and redo the landscape. We spent about 15,000 getting the house ready, but we sold it for $355,000!!!! I have no doubt that this wouldn't have been the case had we have gone with anyone else.
