The realtor ends up pulling a bait and switch on you, emotionally (and trust me it gets emotional).........AND me response to all of this and I was successfully able to wave my brand new, first home keys in everyone in my family's face, and i give ALL THE CREDIT TO RUBEN AND BIBI.By the way, the first time I was referred to Ruben & Bibi, I randomly called them around 11 PM on a Saturday night, and they never rushed, pushed, nor showed an ounce of angst towards me. The very next day, we found our dream home and have been happy ever since. You cant go into buying a home and getting AS LUCKY AS I WAS, but i can guarantee, that Ruben and Bibi, will make the bad good, and good great and it will be a decision you will never regret....especially with all the realtors around here in south OC.
